Today involved quite a lot of chaos – challenges at work, challenges working out, and then getting ready for a big dog show weekend.
I only had time to briefly stop in the gym and tried to fit in a quick run. I confess that I made it one tiny mile before my right achilles tendon started nagging me, and the battery in my heart rate monitor conked out. I decided to call it a day, especially because we had to get to the convention center to deliver table cloths and wood shavings.
Our bright spot was stopping for dinner at Shaw’s Crab House, always super yummy, and pretty easy to eat clean there, too.
Weight still the same.
